Researchers at The Ohio State University are conducting a study concerning thoughts, attitudes,
and feelings regarding individualsʼ gender identity and transition process.
If you are 18+ and identify on the transgender spectrum you are eligible to participate.
The study is an online survey, and can be completed wherever you have internet access. All participants will have the option to enter a drawing for 1 of 8 $25 gift cards.

Purpose & Structure:
This study is interested in the thoughts, attitudes, and feelings regarding an individuals’ gender identity and transition process. We hope to use the knowledge gained from this study to help improve the lives of individuals on the transgender spectrum through education of law‐makers and mental health professionals.
- Identify on the transgender spectrum (i.e. gender variant, transgender, gender queer)
- Age 18+
What will be required:
If interested please write your e‐mail on the adjacent sheet OR e‐mail email@example.com to get information on how to access the survey. Complete the online survey, which will take no more than one hour. Participation is completely voluntary and you may exit at anytime.
As a thank you for your time, you have the option to enter a drawing for 1 of 8
$25 gift cards when you finish participating. The drawing will occur when data collection
is completed in Spring 2011.
